Everyone I’ve dealt with is super nice! Never had any issues. I do believe the first visit they called to verify the check but that is to be expected and I didn’t have a problem with it.

Not hassle free at all went to get my 401k check cashed and cant do it til a week day cause they have to verify the government check. Very inconvenient!!!!
