I received cancellations the day of 2 of my appointments. I understand that things happen, but this happened twice with no warning other than an hour or two before my appointments. On top of that they did not inform me of important information about my policy & then tried to collect over 500 because my insurance did not cover my procedures. Other dentists offices warned me before seeing them, this one did not. Staff was rude & told me I should have looked into my policy. Very upsetting because the hygienists & dentists seem to do a good job & are very nice.

This office is very welcoming and calming from the minute you set foot in the lobby. The staff is very professional and caring. The doctors are quick to put you mind at ease and thoroughly explain the treatment needed. I had an amazing assistant, Sally, take an impression on me for a retainer. She coached me through it and took control of the longest minute of my life, like it was a walk in the park! I was starting to gag some, and before I could panic, she quickly turned my attention to other things to make the moment pass and achieve the perfect impression. I was very impressed and look forward to my future visits there!

Dr. Orchard is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. He's a very skilled and meticulous dentist that pays attention fine detail. He has an eye for teeth. If you are considering veneers or crowns he is definitely the right dentist for the job. He will get you the Hollywood smile you've always wanted, right here in Corpus Christi. His professional and caring staff will take great care of you.
