Great place to fly trapeze. You can take a class just to try it or commit to a regular weekly class when you fall in love with it.

Great, helpful, welcoming folks. This is a great place to learn new things, and to hone any skills that you bring with you. I really like that it's not a judge-y environment-- nobody is there to show off, and nobody is there to look down on anybody for their weight or physical strength or balance or whatever. Everybody is there to learn, to have fun, and to share. I've loved Roc City Circus since my first time through the door, and I hope to keep playing there for a long time to come.

I can't say enough good things about this place! The space is huge, brightly colored, and inviting. The staff is amazing. Everyone knew my name right away, greets me every time, and I feel they have taken the time to actually get to know me. The instruction is great, everyone knows a lot about anatomy and safety. They have such a wide variety of classes and workshops and are constantly adding more. The absolute biggest thing for me is open practice anytime they are open and the unlimited membership passes. Plus there are always plenty of apparatuses available. Circus can be a pricey hobby but they offer good discounts on multiple classes/open practice and can break payments up over the session which is very helpful. Not a single complaint except I don't have the time to do it all!

Roc City rocks! You don't even realize you're working out because of how much fun you are having and how friendly everyone is. There are such a variety of classes and opportunities to give them all a try. Ali's barre class is my regular favorite. I am looking forward to trying trapeze next!
