The wonderful Ladies at Bridgefold have been my anchor over the last few weeks, Kind, caring, genuine & gentle, what a gift they have been. Walking through the door I knew we have made the right decision for my beautiful Mum, warm, comfortable & welcoming it truly is a home from home and my mum would have loved it, especially the Christmas tree and subtle decorations, such a wonderful atmosphere, it could not have been more perfect. Doreen & Lyndsey have guided me through the whole process with true professionalism, compassion and understanding, they found a wonderful Celebrant for us who was the perfect fit and I simply can't thank everyone enough, I feel I have new friends who have been a shining light in the darkest of days and I will truly miss them all, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for looking after my beautiful Mum, she was in the very best of hands & I cannot recommend you enough.

Caring and compassionate at a difficult time! From picking up the phone in the middle of the night through to after the funeral Doreen and Lynsey supported us throughout, nothing was too much trouble. They kept us informed and allowed us to visit the chapel at a time to suit us, and made our mum look lovely. The gents who came in the small hours to collect our mum were thoughtful of our feelings and her dignity. They really care about your loved one, would recommend anyone to use them to make a most difficult time special too.

From the initial meeting to the day of the funeral, all was superbly planned with an excellent eye for detail.
