Excellent customer services. The lady on the made to measure curtain dept. was amazing! She supported us through each stage of the completion of the paperwork whilst explaining that every detail had to be correct. We wouldn't hesitate to use this service again in the future.
Very good. Organised for shopper numbers so not over crowded. A very small que to get in. Two other customers only. In front of us. Friendly helpful staff. And a good range of products.
Queuing outside wasnt a particularly nice experience when you are approached by crack heads asking for spare change to get their next hit. Failing to get rich quick on the spare change system they moved on to eyeing up peoples belongings in the parked cars. Needless to say I made my vist here brisk as its like being at a post apocalyptic wasteland. The area needs to get a whole lot better or move Dunelm to another location entirely. Will I be back? Not on your nelly.
Bought curtains in Blackpool and did click and collect in Rochdale for second set. Great customer service in both stores.
