Had a Wrist operation yesterday at Rochdale Infirmary Day Surgery and I cannot praise it highly enough. All the staff are super nice, pleasant, funny and put you at ease, from the nurses to the anaesthetist and surgeon. The nurse that was with me straight after surgery was so lovely, sorry I didn’t catch her name and Nurse Ruth who looked after me before I went home were fabulous. Everything was clean and comfy and that first cup of tea after my op tasted like nectar! A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Above 5 star experience. Thank you to all xx
Credit where it's due, no one wants to go to the hospital however on the few occasions where I have had to visit, either as a walk in or with a specific appointment, the staff have always been amazing. I think sometimes we take for granted how lucky we are to have the NHS in this country and Rochdale Infirmary have always been brilliant when I have needed their help!
After being knocked off of my motorbike in May 2019 I was taken to Oldham Royal Hospital. After a week I was out of there and referred to the Physiotherapy department in Rochdale Infirmary. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to. They have helped my get more motion in my leg. 4 months on I still go weekly/bi-weekly and I’ve gotten to the stage I can walk completely without crutches thanks to there help. I still have a few issues to sort out but I’m gradually getting better with their help.
Hi. I would like to thank all the staff on RI-clinic Assessment unit. For looking after my 87 year old mother. Annie Walters. Who came in very poorly. They gave her excellent care. And so glad to see her back on her feet again. I can’t thank this hospital enough. Explained everything about her when we telephoned . Excellent service. ..
