I had a great experience with Ruby Waxx from start to finish. I'd never had any kind of waxing done before, let alone something more intimate, so I was naturally nervous. I was put at ease before the appointment via messaging and booked in for an appointment, via their new website, within 24 hours. When I arrived I found proper Covid-19 measures to be in place and I waited a outside for a few minutes until Alex was ready to see me. When walking in I found it to be clean, bright and modern - there are many smaller private treatment rooms all off of one corridor and there was air-conditioning in my room, bonus! Alex was very friendly, skilled in her profession, and communicated clearly what to expect in preparation and then throughout the treatment. The whole experience wasn't at all what I expected and I was put at ease very quickly (thank you Alex!). It's really not like the movies portray male waxing - give it a go! I'm definitely going to be coming back as I loved the outcome and my experience with Ruby Waxx. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone.

Amazing ! My first experience was brilliant. I’ve been waxing my intimate area for near enough a decade and I’ve gone through several therapists. Each therapist I appreciate has their own technique - some have been painfully terrible and excruciating for no reason. However, this time round I feel like I’ve found my soulmate. Usually I stick to my therapist as I had the same one for 5years (moved away) - Other 5years I spent time searching for a decent place to do. I think I’ve found it! Absolutely painless and for someone like myself who’s a regular with my wax appointments, it is a must that my hygiene and health is also not compromised. During or post session. I have to admit, I walked away with the biggest grin. Will be back again and hopefully for more other treatments. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing good quality service/treatment. Also the premises is absolutely clean, well organised and a sanctuary for a good pamper day! I’m sorry I can’t stop waffling but its amazing. Be back again soon! Love love love love
Absolutely fantastic service. Ive been to various waxing salons to find a good service and now I've found it. Don't know the name of girl who waxed me on 31/07/20 but she's fast, efficient and professional. Wish I'd have found this place sooner. Great price too.

Wouldn’t trust anywhere else for intimate waxing! Good location , easy to find and park . Staff and salon are warm and welcoming . Amy is great at what does, waxing is never overly pleasant however Amy is very experienced leading to quick and almost pain free experience with great results!! Highly recommended
