Whenever I go for service, he tells me exactly what is wrong with my vehicle, approximately how long it will take to repair it, and how much it will cost (competitive prices). Found myself far from home with my 2019 Transit 250 that needed an oil change, tire rotation, new set of wipers, and a good hard look at the rear brakes. Using the most scientific method to choose a Ford dealership, (that being proximity and convenience), I made an appointment with Cortese Ford to have the work done. They were able to get me in within two days. The service department, especially Darren, were helpful and friendly. The van did indeed need new break pads and rear rotors, and they were able to install them that same day. Now I can get back on the road with confidence in my vehicle.
