Just called to secure a 3 month stay and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. Asked what year my trailer was, I informed it was a 62 vintage in great condition. Promptly told nothing over 10 years old and that I should have known better than to ask. I told her that's not what the website says (and certainly NOT what is on the property).

This is an okay place to go if you need a place kind of off the freeway to stay we stay there one night the thing I like best about it honestly was the bathrooms were kept very clean the shower was was in fantastic shape super clean and that's that's really the best thing that I liked about it and how close it was to the freeway would be nice if there was a little bit more green around there like trees or something but it doesn't matter really it has what you need
Really nice people, folks in Rv's and the staff. Rules are enforced and I was grateful that while I inadvertently broke a few the powers that be were corrective and understanding. Spaces are VERY close together. WiFi is extraordinarily unreliable and the cable TV hook up has never worked. That being said, it's very quiet, friendly to dogs, and has great laundry and restroom facilities. Grateful my two months in this situation will soon end, but other than the internet access, no complaints.
Nice and quiet, away from I-5. Sites are too close to each other. Power pole and sewer are right outside my door.
Not for big rigs Needing a pit stop for the night where we didn’t have to un-hook our toad, we called this RV park. Told her we were 40ft pulling a jeep wanting a pull-thru, and she said they have a spot for us. When we got there, we noticed the sites were very tight and didn’t look all that long, but at check-in we were told we would fit. The park is full of permanent residence that park their trucks sticking out in the road and partway across neighboring lots, so we slowly navigated the obstacles and squeezed into our space. After pulling all the way in, we still had about 6ft of jeep sticking out in the road, and our neighbors’ truck was blocking part of our drive so we couldn’t pull forward to leave. Tired and not wanting to find somewhere else to go we un-hooked and tried to park the jeep as far off the roadway as possible. Road noise got a little better at night, but the near-by train runs by blowing its horn and it is loud day and night. Free WIFI is terribly slow and we had no Sprint phone reception at all. The next morning, we had to back out of our pull-thru and thread the needle around the park to get out, then hook the toad back up. Not being convenient or comfortable, as a big rig, I would say pass this park up.
I enjoyed staying here everyone was very friendly it was well kept we would come here again if we were ever up north again. Only negative was washing machines collected pet hair and we didn’t have any pets but that’s just a small thing
This place is horrible as far as the site goes. It was so short we were barely off the lanes. It was more for people who live there year around. They are not picky about how old your trailer is and they allow aggressive dogs. And they know that they have a convicted arsonist living there. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. It was cheap so we should’ve known better.
Had a pleasant one night stay. The park and facilities were clean and very accommodating.
