I had a lovely experience at this clinic. The place was clean and the staff had great manners! The Podiatrist I saw took the time to explain my treatment plan to me and my feet felt so comfortable afterwards :)

I am happy with the advice I had from the podiatry associate I saw at this clinic. I was less impressed by the seemingly opaque approach to pricing and the heavy handed communication I received from the owner when I raised a simple query. She does not appear to know what qualifies as a 'short appointment' although it does appear on the website price list. Initially I was advised it was a 15mins appointment, then I was told that time was not the factor, but content of the appointment (even if under 15 mins) and then finally I was advised that even Ms Lall didn't know when 'short' would be applicable. All very puzzling and didn't leave me feeling confident that I was treated fairly. To be clear: I am used to, and expect, to pay a fair price for treatment by experts and I did complete the appointments I had committed to, but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after the experience and unlikely to return in the future.
