John and his team have been top notch in my \for sale by owner\ transaction. John has provided valuable advise on the contract, and he has patiently provide guidance when I have questions. It is not an exaggeration to say that he went above and beyond. In addition, his title service team (Didi Hill) was also top notch. There were some difficulties from the buyer side, but they were always there to the end and made sure the deal went through as smoothly as it could be. Mr. Rochford responded immediately to my inquiry to modify a deed in Davidson County, Tennessee. He answered my questions promptly and completely, and quoted a price and timeframe for the work necessary. He and his staff developed the document required and provided it to me electronically for signature and notarizing in another State. Further, clear instructions were provided to ensure that it was filed and registered in the appropriate County Registrar’s office.
