Deliciously silky smooth beancurd. just the right amount of sweetness with 油条 and 咸煎饼. Perfect!

Decided to drop by for a dessert after dinner in the area, and wasn’t especially surprised though there’s a decent amount of good reviews. Maybe it wasn’t exactly fresh since they retrieved it from the fridge, but the soy milk was not up to mark. The saving grace was the egg tart which is really good, otherwise it could have been 1-2 stars for me..

Ordered the cold bean card, which turned out to be strangely hard and too firm in texture. It was my second time here cos I wanted to give it another chance, but NOPE would not come back again.

Simply one of the best! Best enjoyed hot. Do stop by if you find a parking lot!

It's a popular spot for the local fav dessert. We ordered a tray of stuff for ten bucks. 1) tau huay (beancurd) is smooth and silky, served with customizable toppings (eg honey, red bean, bubble pearl, tang yuan ball - for different level and texture of sweetness) - yum! 2) you tiau has right balance of crispy chewy and fluff (but a bit over fried to our liking). 3) soy milk is stored in a tank with ice cubes, so it can get diluted and a bit stale depending on how long it was put out. This brand has a few other locations - Geylang and Thomson ones can sometimes gather a queue. Overall great food, good range of choices (including fried durian puff and other fritters), and great service with very friendly and efficient owner. As it's a bit pricier than usual hawker store, you may want to give the soy milk a pass.

This is favourite in SG. The sugar syrup a bit too sweet but the price has gone from 1 to 1.50. I find it expensive. Whampoa which is equally good, charges 1.30 only

Didn't like the cold soy milk and you teow here. I feel the soy milk has added sugar in it and the you teow is not crunchy. Personally i prefer the rochor original beancurd at short street
