Having a superhero as child with a super power of autism, its very important that I find medical providers that has a special kind of compassion. This dentistry hasn't. They were patient and kind to my sun and made themselves available for questions when I had them. Also, it doesn't hurt that they have superheroes on the wall too, so he felt right at home!

Friendly staff, my children enjoyed their first visit. They fit my son in to get work done on a tooth after his cleaning, so I didn't need to make a separate appointment. Very efficient and pleasant place.

Great place with great staff. My 2 yr old daughter loves them. I love them too. They're helping to correct some work on my teeth that was done poorly by another dentist.

My grandson is helping me write this review because I am not internet savvy. I had a busy a few days ago and I want to praise the dental assistant who helped me bring back my oxygen tank and catered to my needs. I have a medical history and I inquired about implants. I was told I was not a candidate for implants which I understand but Dr. Loray Spencer was very rude and nasty when I asked. I brought a medical release form and she required another just to proceed with treatment. When I was leaving she did seemed rushed and rolled her eyes at me. Unprofessional!!!! I would not recommend seeing her unless you want an unpleasant visit.

We have always had a great experience with A Healthy Smile! Dr. Loray Spencer is very professional and thorough. My children love going to this dentist office. All procedures have been explained and painless. I highly recommend them to someone looking for a new dentist.

Literally drove from Charlotte to Rock Hill for my appointment at 11am. I was told at 11:05 they would call me back in a few minutes. Then at 11:20 they told me at 11:30 (not sure why when my appointment was at 11). Here it is after 11:30 and they still haven’t called me back yet as I sit in pain. I wish I would have never scheduled this appointment here! Wasted my time and gas. Do not recommend.
