From 2001 to present, A Place for Hope (APFH) has lived up to it's name for the residents of the Blackmon Road/Archer Ave. community. From its humble yet arching beginning, APFH has provided the residents with assistance in receiving basic services and has evolved into a youth-targeted learning/educational center for disadvantaged youth and their families. There is always something wonderfully life-enhancing happening at this oasis of hope and most importantly...Love, in the deep recesses of York County, SC.
