Just a huge inconvenience to schedule a date to have your stuff come, make arrangements to miss work, just to never have been put on the schedule. Not starting off to a good start. Very disappointed.

Was impressed from start, was greeted as soon as I entered, establishment was clean, no muster dirty smell like in some places that rent items(rent a center) big selection of items to choose from. Employees were friendly and helpful, even was one on one with customers. I would do business with again.

I'll be honest they started out really well. Not sure if they are under new management but if so THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Four times I have updated my phone number and they NEVER save it. So they call my entire family when they need to talk to me because they aren't competant enough to do their jobs. Call and tell them you will be making a payment on a certain day due to your paycheck they say they will update it in the system....shocker shocker they dont then they want to be RUDE when you call to solve the issue. If I didnt need this washer and dryer since I have a household of 6 I would tell them to come pick it up. Worst company ever overpriced, terrible customer service and they still haven't brought my dryer back that they took to fix. The one I have that they replaced my other one with makes a terrible noise. Overall never again will I recommend someone to this company especially the one in ROCK HILL!

I give them no stars!! If they had a negative star I would give them that! Mike is very very rude.. They damaged my bedroom suite when they moved it from one house to another. Then expected me to pay for it!! The GM is rude as well! Never again will I deal with this store or company EVER!!!!!!!!!! My boyfriend got a living room suite from here and his house was infested with bedbugs within 24hrs. Like really guys get it together!

The employees were friendly, helpful and got exactly what I needed. The store manager was extremely professional and yet down to earth about how they work and what they offer. I received my delivery timely and in excellent shape. The drivers put the entire room together quickly and moved it around the room until I was happy with how it looked. Well done, and I'd recommend them to others who don't want to spend large chunks of money up front at a standard retail furniture store. They made it easy, friendly, professional and I got brand new, beautiful bedroom furniture.
