I was having a difficult time with the total loss department on a recent claim and was unable to get in contact with my Agent. Even though I am not Mr. Crooks customer, he was very helpful and facilitated a quick resolution with regards to my claim. If you are looking for an Allstate agent in the area who will have your back, I would certainly recommend Blake Crooks as the agent to call.

My experience with this office used to be great when their father was in charged of the office. Since 1993 until today, but not for long, my parents have been with this office for cars and mortgage insurance needs. My father doesn't speak English and my mother can defend but not completely understand everything, specially legal matters. Mr. Crook Sr. was great letting us, the children, to talk about my parents insurance needs, with their permission of course. After Mr. Blake took office, things changed a lot for us. He was not willing for us to talk about my parents insurance matter w/o having a power of attorney. I don't know other reviews, but they say wonderful things about them, but it could be that my parents have being too long with this office, and it is time to move somewhere else. Mr. Blake in several occasions have not being helpful enough to deal satisfactory with my parent's insurance needs. I was planning to give him a one star, but the description of it is \HATED IT\. I don't hate it, I am just REALLY DISAPPOINTING for they way he has turned in.
