Very nice office less than 10 minutes from my home. Nicely decorated the staff was nice. I've been with Allstate for years. Will continue to use them in the future. I would recommend Corey Hansen's office.

Been a 25 year client. Home, 2 Autos and Motorcycle. First based on my discussion with a Co-worker 20 years younger I find out he's paying 82/month for two vehicles both full coverage while I'm paying 140 for one full one liability. Agent tries to tell me I'm Grandfathered in to a policy where they can't increase my rates due to accidents or tickets. So what...it's been over three years since I have had a ticket and 10 since an accident. I'm paying an extra 720/year for this super policy??? Then I call to add a vehicle with salvage title and I'm told they don't offer that coverage anymore since there is no value on the vehicle. I was asking for Liability coverage only....THEY WOULD NOT BE PAYING OUT ON THE VEHICLE ANYWAY????? Just moved coverage to Geico....insuring 3 vehicles same coverage for what Coery Hinson was charging for 2. Other recent change is that almost everytime I call now goes to automated call holding cycling to "Press 1" for two or three cycles before a human answers. Didn't used to be this way....growth I guess?Good for Corey bad for customers. Should have stayed more on top of changes my fault for complacency....recommend you review your policies and get other companies quotes things have changed here?
