Awesome service at the Rock Hill location. We arrived 30 minutes before they closed, and they took excellent care of us. With work schedules and Christmas coming up the last thing we needed was our dryer to break. We walked in and walked out in 30 minutes, and that's after financing paperwork, looking and deciding on sets, and even loading it in our truck. The two woman and two young gentlemen there were absolutely professional, caring, and we never felt rushed. Thank you for making our purchase pleasant.

Joey was the first person to greet us and we informed him that we were just looking and would let him know if we needed help and he was cool about it, but someone else came up (didn't catch his name) and we told him the same and he told us we could only look for so long, because they want buyers, not lookers. Extremely rude and unprofessional. We saw lots of pieces we liked, but will purchase from another location because of the nastiness of that employee.

We bought beds, furniture and sofa almost 3 years ago and we were promised to have someone to come in and fix the mechanical part that broke off on one of the furnitures during Covid. Nobody came, no calls just empty promises. We will definitely not come back there again. Poor customer service.
