Customer service at speaker was good but forgot to mention they're register is down and can only take cards. I was handing her exact change no apology given for the inconvenience. Food not great. That's what I get for going at 5:30pm.

I asked for a Oreo Blast cappuccino. They said we don't know what that is. So I walked outside and took a picture. Showed it to them and they said \I can try but it ain't gonna look like that\. What???????

When we drove up to the drive through, I told my husband to ask if they had a cherry flavored ice cream. The reply was “we have cherries jubilee.” My husband ordered one scoop. “Sorry, we’re out.” Why even mention it?? So, I ordered a vanilla sundae with hot fudge. They asked “do you want whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry?” We said, “hold the nuts.” We paid and picked up our treats. Begin to pull away and my heart stopped. They had put strawberries on my Sundae. I’m allergic to strawberries. All I wanted was some ice cream. What a disappointment. On a side note- they are always out of something. Last time our son wanted a chocolate shake. They were out of all chocolate ice cream. Someone needs to say to the person who places the orders. “You had one job!” Bottom line- DQ is across the street.

It was terrible. Mobile ordered cold brew, didnt think you could make it taste bad, but alas, it happened.
