The Mrs

Ended up going to this big lots to pick up a swivel chair which was sold out in every other location. Excellent, quick service! All the men who helped us in furniture were friendly. This location is by far my favorite because it's huge and looks like they have a huge variety of furniture. I have never bought furniture here until we needed a small table for our kitchen nook. I couldn't find one anywhere and Big Lots had it at another location. It lasted three years with zero issues. A home run. Really happy!

Good selection of items and nicely set up. Sorry to say they are slow to get you rung up. The store was nearly empty.and I waited 15 minutes behind a customer. One woman who I see all the time was working hard, while another stood there. Why have two people at register with one not doing anything? Manager: Improve the check out process because everything else about this store works.

Very poor experience. Went to purchase a bed and mattress combo found the perfect one went to look for a employee to assist not one could be found in the entire store. Went to the cashiers and the nice lady who was super busy used the radio to ask for assistance so I waited for 20 minutes and no one arrived. So I asked the lady politely again to call and she did but still no one. I went down the road to someone else and found the same combo for cheaper with significantly better customer service.

This location is great, the only one in my area. The shelves are well stocked, store is clean, prices are competitive but the check-out process is lengthy. There is typically only one team member for the cash register. Even with the team member asking for assistance, that call goes unanswered. My concern is it will improve as we go towards the holidays.

Big Lots has changed! There is a furniture display in the center of the store and other household necessities throughout. They even had a candy lovers aisle with sugar daddys!
