Great coaches, and everyone is very welcoming! The schedule is very open for all people (early mornings, afternoons & evenings). Great balance of GI & NO GI too. Fair prices, and about to even sign my daughter up.

Incredibly grateful to Rock Hill Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for having me as a guest and giving me the privilege to train with them. I was in town for business and was looking for s place to train while in town and they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Very organized and detailed and I can say that the few days I spent with them definitely improved my game I can I left Rick Hill with more knowledge than I arrived with... Rock Hill Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu is a great place to come and train. Whether you want to compete or just looking to try something new, you will find a good challenge. There are a variety of class opportunities throughout the week for adults and kids, multiple instructors, and good training partners.
