My husband and I attempted to buy an item from Antonetta, the owner of car girl auto, twice. We live over an hour away and confirmed the time of our arrival with her the day before each time. She was not at the shop either time and when we tried contacting her while we were waiting she did not answer. After waiting for almost an hour each time we left. She happened to message after we were half way home the first time and we turned around to go back. However, she was not there again and did not answer messages. Two week later my husband contacted her about the item and we arranged a time to get them, and the same thing happened. No show, no answer, wait for almost an hour, message when we are half way home. We did not turn around this time and will be recommending no one do business with her! Highly unprofessional and unreliable!

My wife and I made two separate trips to buy an item from Antonetta at Cargirl Auto. We live over an hour away, and both times we confirmed the time of our arrival, the day prior with her, and she never showed either time. She declined our call when we attempted to reach her and did not answer messages. This is very unprofessional and I would not recommend her or her business to anyone. It doesn't matter if you are selling a car or a book, when you say you will be there to sell it then BE THERE!
