The staff actually cares about their patients! No really, I took my 98 yr old mom here to replace her old hearing aids was happy to find that we weren’t rushed or pressured at any time. The doctor made an extra effort to work with my mom in order to evaluate her level of hearing loss...not easy to do with a senior with moderate dementia. There was no pressure to purchase devices with more features than she needed either. It was easy to arrange appointments that fit into my work schedule. I highly recommend Carolina Health and Hearing if you are shopping for a provider to help with your hearing.
