Don’t let the store front fool you. The retail side may look crazy but they probably have what you need to fix your bike. With some bike shops giving estimates of weeks before they can even look at your bike, I’ve been in and out same day. If not same day, most folks I know have been out in less than a week. They are also very reasonable on pricing of repairs and parts.

I just bought my hybrid street/terrain mountain bike and the entire process was easy and they were really nice. 3 weeks later, I had a small hardware issue and took it in. within a few minutes it was fixed without giving me any problems. I would recommend them for any sales or services.

Great inventory during COVID-19. I would give it five stars if the owner/older gentlemen running the place didn't talk so much. I believe he could do a lot more business if he didn't need to waste 30 minutes talking, clearly doesn't understand verbal and visual cues as to when he needs to shut up.

Terrible shop took my bike in just to replace an inner tube. After getting the bike back I noticed the gears weren’t changing like they should so I called and told them about the problem and I was told to bring the bike back in which I did. Once I brought the bike back in he told me I needed a new chain and there was some type of problem with the axle and wanted to charge me more money and I had none of these problems when I took it in originally. We ended up getting into a heated argument and never had anything done to my bicycle. This guy is the most racist person I have ever dealt with please stay away from him!
