Where do I begin? My son placed his online order from NM on Tuesday February 4th which was scheduled to be picked up by 2:30pm at this location on the 14th. We thought ordering 10 days ahead, would be plenty of time to make sure his order would be readily available for pickup by 2:30pm today. NOPE! It was a madhouse. The line was out the door. Some of the problems were orders either missing, not received or not ready. Customers were told corporate did not forward their orders. When I arrived, I was told that my order was not ready and they were still working on it. Because some customers had waited so long (more than 30 mins) and some had returned back to the store and their order(s)still weren't ready, I felt it would be easier to request a refund. My time is valuable and I had other plans. She said he would need to call corporate. When we tried, we were placed on hold for 27 mins. When I tried to call back, the line was busy. It is very clear they were not ready for Valentine's Day traffic because there was no organization. They even hired one of the customers 'on the spot' which leads me believe they may have been severely short staffed. Unfortunately I would not use or recommend them for pickup Update: I returned to the store the day after Valentine's-2/15/20 because my son asked me so nicely. The order was ready and available....and the order was delivered.

I'll start with the positives -- the arrangement was delivered quickly and supposedly was good but what I ordered online (Delicious Daisy Dipped Strawberries & Pineapple) looks much different than what was received. Judge for yourself by the pictures. I wouldn't order from them again. I'm thankful I didn't order the 100 dollar arrangement that I had in my shopping cart.

First time ever using edible arrangements and my last time what a huge disappointment. I Placed an order early Wednesday to be delivered on Valentine’s Day which was in two days. Go figure my order never got delivered and called many of times to the business and not one person picked up horrible experience. I got my money back thank goodness. But I would not suggest this company too anyone. Sherries berries from now on!!

Excellent service. Ordered at 8pm and it was delivered by 10:30am the next day. They followed the delivery instructions exactly and did not ring the doorbell or knock. They called the number provided to let them know they were out front. Great service. Would recommend and use again!

Ordered and paid ahead of time for pickup on Valentine's day. Waited in line for about 40 minutes to be told my order wasn't sent through by corporate. Waited on hold for my money back for over an hour without answer and had to hang up. Currently back on the phone and at 25 minutes on hold. Went to Publix down the road and got a comparable arrangement for much cheaper. It was ready in the time it took me to walk around the store to get a few groceries. Just had to buy my own Valentine's vase to stick it in. I'm sure it was a stressful day for the employees, but there should be a cut off for ordering when their limit is reached.

I ordered over a 100 arrangement with balloons ( my son paid for balloons for his sisters birthday) well they forgot the balloons. I called and explained I did not need a refund these were from her brother and had I not called back I would have paid and no balloons!!!! So they were going to deliver today the next day at first of delivery route. I call my daughter at 12:30 and still no balloons!!!! Call they say 2:00-3:00!!!! DO NOT ORDER from these crooks!!!!

The worst Valentine's Day Ever! I made an order from this store on the 11th of this month to be delivered on the 14th. The order never came, I was never contacted about the order, and I could never get anyone on the phone on the 14th due to a busy signal. The entire edible arrangement brand is built around holidays such as Valentine's Day... why wasn't the proper preparation taken to ensure all orders were taken care of? How does a business expect to prevail if it leaves it's phone off the hook on a holiday?? I FINALLY got a customer service Associate on the phone to refund my order and she refused to give me the managers last name?! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HOLIDAY OR MONEY!!!

I wanted a fruit basket for a Girl Scout Troop Leader and online that's not an option. The employee at the store created a beautiful arrangement to reflect my theme and I loved it! Awesome customer service!!!
