I have been a faithful customer here for several years. But the experience I had this morning was very distasteful and unprofessional. I inquired about a service that they have completed for me several times on different items. When advised of the cost for the service, I advised they had never charged that and this was a smaller job. The price change was fine, but the fact that she walked away when I was still talking and asking questions was a BIG NEGATIVE for me. It made me feel as if she was saying “Forget you and take your business elsewhere!”

Amazing work on my husband's 20 year old leather cowboy boots. They completely replaced the sole and heal... they look fantastic. My husband is thrilled he can wear them again. They're prices are so affordable. I want to go back and pay them more for the terrific work they did. They also repaired a pair of my leather boots that another shoe repair business said they couldn't repair. I am very impressed. Highly recommended!
I went to Nike with a football cleat where the sole basically fell off after 4 uses. They said they couldn't repair it because of course I did not have my receipt. However, our friend at Faith Shoe Repair examined it and said he will. That was it; no long explanation just that he will fix it. I left it with him, picked it up on two days, and the cleat works like brand new! Being a woman, I have a natural fetish for good shoes. I have had two other pairs fixed by this gentleman and those shoes are still in tact years later. The owner of Faith Shoe Repair knows what he's doing, yo!!! He's skills are off the chain!
I have been coming here for at least 5 years. Donna is a wonderful tailor and the price is right. Her husband repairs my shoes so well and quickly. If I work late Donna waits for me after 6 pm.Not only is the work excellent and so well crafted, these are some of the nicest merchants I know. I have sent my friends in to have repairs and everyone has thanked me !!
Fantastic repair and workmanship on a Jeep Wrangler Soft Top Rear Zipper Window. They saved me a lot of money not having to buy a replacement. They are also very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
