I never passed out before in my life and had my first experience here. I went to get my physical for the first time in years. They were taking my blood and gave me a flu shot right after while I was sitting on a high chair. Right after the nurse gave me the flu shot ... a few seconds later I passed out woke up on the floor. The nurse practitioner told me while passed out I fell forward. When I woke up on the floor I had a big bump on my forehead above my right eye and had really bad migraines for a couple days with neck pain. I had to go to the hospital to make sure I was okay. The hospital confirmed I got a concussion from the fall. Next time have any of your patients lay down or have a leaning chair so if they do pass out they don’t lean forward and have the same accident. I will most likely go to a different clinic going forward. I only gave this review a two stars because the staff were somewhat nice.
