Ben is by far one of the best salesmen that I've had the pleasure of working with. He always greets you with a smile, always asking how's my family doing and goes above and beyond to help you out. I live almost an hour away for the Rock Hill store, with stores that are a lot closer, but Ben makes the drive well worth it. Ben is the reason why I only shop at that Kay's and as long as they stay open and he continues to work there, I will continue to get all my jewelry from him. The retail market need more people like Ben!

Such friendly and professional staff at Kay’s! My husband and I came in with our daughter for her first ear piercing. We were nervous but the lady and gentleman (Wish I had their names) that assisted us were very kind. They took their time and was very patient. Turned out a breeze! It’s literally impossible to reach anyone at this store. When I go into the store for anything I have to chase someone down because they do not come to me. I had to leave a ring to get fixed and was promised I would be called by March 14th. I have yet to get a call and of course no one answers the phone there. If it’s not ready, that’s fine, but just let the customer know.
