I have had insurance with this company for at least 6 years. They were always the best price and best service up until about a year or two ago. I noticed my premium constantly was getting higher. I had a 2013 Civic Si they valued at 18000 when I was 20 and my premium was 130. I have 2013 Hyundai Genesis coupe they valued at 5500 at the age of 26 and its was 192. To me that did not make sense considering I’m older and the car value is a quarter of what I did have. I called to ask if they could run a new quote and see what’s happening. She said she was having computer issues they would call me back in 20 Minutes just so I didn’t have to sit on hold. Never got a call back. Called again the next day was told I needed to talk to who I originally talked to they would leave a message never got a call back after waiting three more days. Sent an email stating I had not been responded to and I just needed to know why the increase, still no response. Three more days pass and I finally decided to go with Progressive who offered me a plan 60 cheaper with way better coverage and add ons. I didn’t wanna leave because Keith has always done everything I asked through the years but this last year or so has been ridiculous trying to get things done with them. I have no directly spoken with Keith in the last couple years though. I also wanna add I did have an at fault fender bender in a parking lot and it said the wreck added 156 to my 6 month premium. But that doesn’t make up for the extra 50-60 i was spending per month. It was also 3 years old and had not been taken off yet. I thought insurance was suppose to go down when you are past 25 not continue to go up.

Thank you for completely wasting my time, signing me up for a policy that corporate cancelled a week after cause my vehicle is a total! Asked time and time again for a new policy for the "high risk" policy to be started after being told corporate would accept that. Called twice for the paperwork and emailed with no response. Even after submitting a GREAT REVIEW ON THE FIRST POLICY I STARTED WITH YALL!
