Last Saturday, I contacted Komputer Konnection about two laptops. Aaron promptly contacted me back. (Good customer service...I like that)! He did a great job. My laptops are like new. Aaron took the time to explain everything he did which is important. (Knowledgeable...I like that too)! He even took the time to tell me about external hard drives which I need for my many pictures. (Patient...I'm impressed)! I hope I don't have any problems with my laptops anytime soon. But, if I do, I will call Aaron.

Aaron saved us the cost of another computer. My son's desk top computer would not power on. Problem was bad motherboard. We were erroneously told to forget getting a new motherboard; go buy another computer. Aaron took the computer and repaired it saving us hundreds of dollars. His service is top notch. When we are ready for another computer, we will go to him for one. Service was quick and almost painless.

I was visiting the area for business when my work laptop crashed. I contcted Komputer Konnection and explained to them how desperate I was to get my laptop fixed as I needed it for work. Komputer Konnections fixed my computer and it actually seems to be running better then the day I bought it. They were super friendly, professional, and speedy. I highly recommend them.
I had a pressure crack in my laptop, and being a college student that was the worst thing that could ever happen. Thankfully, Aaron fixed my screen and it looks good as new!! He also gave me a student discount!!
