If you prefer to pretend we're not in the middle of a pandemic this is the place for you. Not one staff member wears a mask, they are not required nor do they care. No temp checks, no questions about Covid, nothing. The receptionist is VERY rude & defensive. The one bathroom they have is out of order. Is this place for real?? Do yourself a favor & go elsewhere. I walked out before being seen. I have no desire to be in a small enclose room with a doctor & nurse who don't wear masks & who clearly do not care about anyone's well being.

The receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I needed to make an appointment to be sure that an injury was healing properly and the receptionist wouldn’t allow me to make an appointment. she kept saying i needed to go back to the hospital that put the stitches in, even though i told her multiple times i wasn’t comfortable doing that as i received terrible care at the hospital, but she refused to listen and said they couldn’t see me because they weren’t the ones who put the stitches in. the doctor may be great but they need someone friendlier and more understanding working their front desk.

Not a bad Doctor if you see him before lunch hour, but the office pays no attention to your insurance coverage. They will send tests out to remote labs that are out of network even though we have several competent labs in town. Then you have to battle with the lab and they expect you to pay an exaggerated amount that no insurance company ever would pay. You have to care for you patients through the entire process and to say it's not your fault? who was it that decided where to send the labs? Maybe they are trying to keep a buddy in business, but not on my dime, this is just bad business practice and unethical to boot!

In my opinion, Dr Olson is a very nice doctor, and he's going to give you his advice whether you take it or not, he's straightforward to the point, sometimes everyone doesn't want a straightforward answer!
