Went there on Friday may 22th. The place was packed. The room is small and they had 10 people seating and 3 waiting in line. You do not feel safe and although everyone was wearing a mask the social distance is ridiculous. No one takes your temperature. They just have a note at the front stating if you think you have any Covid symptoms do not come. Seriously even at some restaurants and hair places they are taking your temperature. The 2 staff members were so busy they we’re trying to get all the people taking care of but it was so many. I will choose next time a clinic that does it’s private testing in house. This is my second time in a quest facility and I did not have a good experience as well. I believe we the costumer have no choice but to wait and they take advantage of that. * Let’s keep in mind this is not a free service*

Outside only says Solstice not Quest Diagnostics. It was not easy to find with 2 GPS’ - if I didn’t walk in the bldg I would not have known there was a Quest Lab inside. They get minus one star for no name on building listing. But a bonus star for great service and professionalism, tech did it all in one stick & no bruise. You enter the bldg under the large #200, walk through the hall and go right. You’ll see the door on the left marked Quest Diagnostics. Check in on a touch pad, when you enter on the right of door, then your name shows on tv monitor on the right of the screen. It tells you the approximate wait time. I was a walk-in. Have your lab orders, driver’s license/ID, and insurance card when you are called to the back. It took longer for the tech to get my data in but the time allowed me to observe the staff interactions with each other and with clients. I’m sure the past reviews were of the few disgruntled clients but I can say the staff is very friendly, professional, and courteous. The lab is clean, well kept, and sanitary. I have worked in hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes and there was nothing objectionable at this facility. So, my thought is that all other negative reviews have no ground to stand on from what I observed today. My husband also has been to this lab with no complaints.

I recently visited Quest for lab work. It was in no way an unpleasant experience. The check-in was simple and the wait was short. The young lady who drew my blood was very capable, and quite friendly. The entire work area appeared to be very clean. I would have no issues about returning there.

DO NOT GO TO QUEST DIAGNOSTICS. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! UNSANITARY, UNSAFE, UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, INEFFICIENT. WE ARE HAVING TO PAY FOR MY SONS LABS AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM. READ ALL REVIEWS ON OTHER SITES TOO. THEY DO NOT RESPECT PEOPLES PRIVACY. BEWARE. I AM NOT SURE HOW THEY ARE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLES VITAL HEALTH INFORMATION BUT I WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN. AS A MATTER OF FACT I AM CHANGING DOCTORS BECAUSE OF THIS CHOICE FIASCO.

Not the best waiting area, but got in quickly, the lady drawing my blood did a good job and got it on the first try, unlike other places.
