Went there to get some help (or even a little direction). The first day, I was told there wasn't anyone there for me to talk to, but I filled out the paperwork anyway. They told me to come back the next morning, so I did. I got a different person this time, and she told me they couldn't help me. She gave me a list of different organizations and told me to call them. Most of the numbers on that paper were either the wrong number, disconnected, or resulted in the other person on the line having no idea why I was given their number as they couldn't help me, either. I'm not from here, and I don't know many people to get the \inside scoop\ on how to work the system here, but I do know that if you have a legit need for assistance here in Rock Hill, you might as well skip this place. Unless you know someone, of course.

Hello my name is Jason Sims and I am a homeless man walking across America from Charlotte North Carolina . I started my walk from uptown Charlotte at 5th street I'm trying to help all the homeless help centers or all organizations such as this place called the ROC in up near uptown Rock Hill South Carolina . I'm trying to help other homeless folks across America and trying to get in with the National disaster relief program I want to say the ROC has been very excellent organization that helps with all the needs and gets folks off the streets from the cold and place in churches great job . also every Friday have Bible studies I helped unload numerous vehicles of goods that folks donated .
