I applied for a townhouse rental. I paid the application fee. Their system auto-replied that it was received and then nothing. No one got back to me at all. I ended up renting another house from another agency. Two weeks later I received a call asking if I was still interested.
We used Will McWaters to handle listing our 5 rental properties. He listed and sold them quickly, very quickly! he answered our many questions and was always available when we called. Would highly recommend.
