Rock hill pediatric dentisty is the best place for kids the staff is friendly its clean the doctor is amazing and the doctor always takes the time to talk to u and never rushes you away if your looking for a dentist this is the best place to come and my daughter isnt scared to even come to the dentist great place honest people honest staff i love it

When I made the appointment from a referral I spoke to a lady that had absolutely awful customer service. She had zero personality in her voice and honestly I was cringing at the idea of bringing my daughter here. I decided to go through with it since it would be a one time appointment just to have a procedure done. When I showed up for my appointment I was informed I would not be allowed to accompany my three year old in the back. There was no mention of this on the phone. This is a fine policy for older kids but I don't know any parent who would willingly hand over their toddler to a stranger to have their teeth drilled alone. The girls at the front desk were not even remotely sympathetic about the situation. Don't go here. Go to Apex or Jackson for your kids. A million times better customer service and kid friendly.

My daughter is 13. Since she was going she has had fear of dentist. She had hyperplasia. A lot Teeth pulling when younger so she has anxiety when going. She loves coming here. The personality of everyone is so nice. Tiffany she really loved . Her quotes was “ she likes to talk mom” Some kids just want someone who loves what they do. It really helps The atmosphere.
