Should have read these reviews first. Took a car we were interested in to my mechanic who found about 1,000 worth of issues. We were still interested but they were unwilling to budge on price that was already over market value even when I asked prior to taking the car if they were. Owners daughter had said yes. Denied when came back said they are going to do work and raise price. Complete waste of time.

Bought a car there. "Nice guy" salesman opened hood and held hood open for me so I didn't see that the latch and hydraulic arm were both busted. Went downhill from there. Paid nearly 4k for a crappy car that I only got 3k miles out of in 1.5 years because it sat and sat after the dealership had the car multiple times but couldn't determine what was wrong (and kept my 1500 invested in repairs and I got nothing out of)!! I will NEVER go to Sadler again. This was back in 2013 but still ticks me off!
Buyer Beware! I would recommend anyone wanting to purchase from them to spend quite a bit of time checking out the vehicle and having a mechanic inspect it. The salesman was very nice, but after we purchased the vehicle, we were not more than 10 miles away headed home when the AirBag warning light came on. Then a few more miles down the road the AC stopped working and started blowing toxic fumes, so bad it gave me a head ache and I had to drive home with the windows down. Then, the next day, now the Temp Gauge is Flashing Red!!! We called them and told them what we immediately experienced and our disappointment, and were told "you bought it AS IS". SO, I do NOT RECOMMEND THEM. If you do find something you like there, please be wise of getting it checked out first.
Fair warning... they sell lemons. Bought a car from them about 6mo ago. By the time we made it home 20mins away the radiator was spewing fluid. Took to machanic ,as it was under warranty, said head gasket were bad plus it had previously been in a front collision,called them to see how to get it fixed... told us there's no way that was wrong with it to take it to a different machanic that they recommended... needless to say the warranty is bullshit and i now have a 2ton paper weight with water in the oil... NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!
This has been the worst 7 weeks and worst purchase decision that we have ever made. We went in with cash in hand to purchase a car...at the time we were driving a rental. We told the people there our family situation as well as this would be our only family car. They assured us the vehicle we chose was in great condition, had is meet the mechanic and gave us the car fax. We heard some grinding on the brakes and the mechanic supposedly changed the rotors and pads. This guy is not a mechanic. Upon leaving the lot the brake lights went out..minor ok. Next the grinding began on the brakes and it has only gotten worse. We have found out it did not replace them correctly and we would need to pay for it. We also seen fluid leaking the next day and found out it was antifreeze and it needed flushed..paid for that. The leak continued and took it to a mechanic who replaced 2 thermostats. Almost 400.00 plus the flush so we are now at 500 for this. The transmission has begun to stick and while we were told that has a 45 day warranty we cannot take it in due to not receiving the warranty card from whoever has it. Yesterday the check engine light came on. We decided to take our loss and trade it in and take on a car payment. Yet no title. We called Satler and were told oh it needs notorized...7 weeks later. We demanded that it be immediate and we went to pick up. Title is still in previous owners name so we just took it to the DMV who can do an immediate transfer for another 75.00! After waiting in line for 3 hours we are told the notary put 2016 as the date. Again we call the car lot and are told he is in Hickory at another lot and no one is there. So here we are 7 weeks later,out an additional 600.00 in addition to the 3300.00 paid, no warranty, no title, no reliable vehicle. Please stay away from this place. He did tell us 80% of their business is from the Charlotte area...again stay away!!! far away!!!
