The worst dental lab. My partial was ordered for my surgery date and it arrived with a different color that was ordered. A remake was ordered and came in within 4 days however the tooth color was correct but the tooth itself was in the wrong spot and the clasps were randomly placed and the model was not returned so another impression had to be made. Onto round three...we took pictures (how can you get it wrong with a picture?), along with specific instructions. I'm going on 4 weeks since the first order and I have to walk around with a face mask to hide my smile it's so bad. Stay far away from this place!
I have been a dental assistant for many years. As you know, all procedures start and end with us. The products I have recieve with SDL have been wonderful. If they were not, they fixed it in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate the personal touch I receive when I call for a pick up, to ask a question or get a recommendation. Thanks Eddie, Bob, JB, Gary, Tina, Collette and Melia for taking care of us!!
Absolutely the worst dental lab I've ever dealt with. On a weekly basis we get crowns that are way off from the shade we requested to \zirconia\ crowns that break when patients bite on a cotton roll. I don't know who they have working at this place but we get things like a lower canine crown with an upper lingual cingulum on the FACIAL. The other day we got a crown back that was supposed to be #3 but it was #19. This is all on a weekly basis, out of 10 crowns we order, there are probably about 1 or 2 that don't break or that we don't have to send back for crazy reasons. Stay away from this place.
