Terrible customer service. Got my dress and it was much too large. I followed the sizing guidelines when ordering. I contacted them to make the exchange and received a bill to swap to a smaller size. I asked the person who emailed me in customer service why I was being charged. She advised me that when I purchased the dress, I used a discount code that was no longer valid. I told her that wasn’t fair because I was only exchanging. After going back and forth with her about it, she suggested I return it for a credit and then purchase it again when they offer a new discount. She claimed that they have discounts all the time and it wouldn’t be long. If this was the case, then it should’ve been just as easy to honor it for an even exchange. It was literally a smaller size of the same exact dress. After I told her I was unhappy with the customer service I was receiving, she informs me the charge wasn’t even for the reason she initially gave me and it was for the shipping to them and back to me for the exchange! Extremely Frustrating process!!!! Please read their crazy exchange return policy before buying here. I had planned to buy more stuff once I found out the quality, but I won’t be after this.

CON ARTISTS! If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a pair of boots 9/4/2020. Website stated that this style and size were available. No waitlist or back order. Website states that custom orders can take 30-90 business days, but didn’t think that applied to boots I picked off a website that listed my size as available. Very misleading. I was told it would be “worth the wait”. 90 business days came and went. I inquired about the boots and was told they would ship out mid-February! Their excuse was that the manufacturer had significant delays due to COVID. Needless to say, February also came and went, yet no boots. I emailed, messaged, and received no updates. These boots finally arrived at the end of March!! They appear to have been worn and don’t even match! The sizes and design appear to be different between each boot! The fringe is in different spots and falling/breaking off. I sent them pictures and complaints and they will not do anything about it since they appear to be worn. They claim they come directly from the manufacturer, so I basically have to take it up with them. Not to mention, they charged me a good 200 more than what the manufacturer sold them for!! Their customer service is terrible! They take forever to reply, if you get one at all. I’m extremely disappointed and feel like I’ve been scammed. They took my 430 and nearly 6 months later gave me a pair of 230 boots that have been worn and/or might be knockoffs! TOTAL SCAM!!

My package came practically ripped in half and then haphazardly taped back up, with 5 of my 9 dresses MISSING, along with no packing slip/receipt. The postal service said it was received that way, which was why they didn’t put a damage in transit sticker on it. Was told by customer service to file a claim with the postal service and they’d get back to me, but no reply so far. The items I actually received are lovely, but my missing (or possibly stolen) items are money I COULD have used to pay yet another new medical bill we have incurred. If they choose to fix this situation, I’ll be happy to change my negative review to a positive one.

I saw an ad for the purple glittery tennis shoes, and ordered them 1/27/20. After I ordered, I decided to look at the reviews.....I know,....and after reading, was worried that I wouldn't receive them for a while, or ever. Today, 2/3/20, I received them! They are just as described! Glittery, with no mess!, and good quality! Will definitely purchase from this site again!

Got here in such a timely manner and was absolutely gorgeous. I wish their exchange policy was stated they only do store credit or exchanges and when I went to exchange my wedding dress for a smaller size the website wouldn’t let me. Said not available for item. There customer service makes up for it. I believe it will be worked out no problem and would recommend southern chic. 8/10

I received 2 of 3 things I’ve ordered that are great quality. But I bought a pair of boots for my wedding almost a year in advance and said I understand the time those boots took to get to me(estimate 30-90 days) fast forward 6 months and no boots. Now that I need to get a refund no one will contact me back! So much for great customer service when I was told prior I could cancel my order since it hadn’t been sent.

I accidentally ordered a dress in the wrong size from this company back in November. I called immediately and was told they would cancel the order so I could reorder it in the correct size. After not receiving a refund for weeks, I called again. I was told on two other occasions it would be cancelled. Instead, they ignored me and sent the dress in the wrong size. After not being able to get ahold of anyone, I had to contact the Better Business Bureau. Through them, I was able to actually hear from the company. They sent me a label to send back the dress and promised a full refund. I shipped it that day and awaited a refund or word from the company. Almost three months later and I still have not received my refund and cannot get anyone to answer when I call. It is extremely frustrating that no one answers customer service and that they are basically refusing to give me a refund when they promised they would. Do not use this company, they are untrustworthy and not worth your time.
