I was on the phone many times today with 3 or 4 different ladies for different issues and everyone was so kind and friendly. Phones answered promptly, all my questions answered...I was very pleased with my service!

Lack of communication and being told that I have to reschedule my MRI. TWICE!! Simply because they didn't tell me that I must bring my information on a implant that I have. I'm getting the runaround between the imaging center and the dr. Dr. Buckland doesn't go on my list of having good bedside manners. He either doesn't like his job or he's just overall grumpy and has no sense of humor.
