My boyfriend is (was) a regular at this used to be awesome store. Went there recently to buy lumber. All carts were full for pre ordered packaging for people not wanting to waste time hanging out in the store. This is understandable, what ISN'T understandable is the fact that regular contractors receive absolutely NO HELP when it comes to purchasing almost anything. He was ignored and rudely treated by everyone in the store. He finally left and has found better service at Lowes. (Also cheaper prices) In ending quote Home Depot should be renamed Slack Deposit. Unsafe environment, shrewd employees, with non ethical service. DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE!!!!!

WARNING! TRAILER RENTAL: Rented a trailer to haul my 4-wheeler. Trailer was missing shocks on the tailgate. No mention of missing parts; no instructions to check for safety equipment. Very heavy tail gate dropped like a rock. Could have caused severe injury. Drop down steel tailgates are supposed to have shock absorbers to lower gate slowly. Make sure shocks are installed and working.

Paid for a machine that had a flat tire told them we would be back in a hour and asked if they would put air in the tire so its ready when we return . Guess what got back over an hour later and the machine was not ready . Then it took the guys 15 minutes to come up with an air chuck . After we had used our nitrogen tank to fill the tire on our own . How about we put some guys in the tool rental area with some know how ?

Tool rental is painfully slow. I'd you just want to yap with people please don't when you're not working.
