I had been looking for a good hairstylist in Richmond for a while and came across Rock n Dolls. I’m quite particular about finding the best so based on all the reviews felt confident about going ahead and booking. And omg that was the best decision I ever made with regards to my hair!!! At my first consult Sal really took the time to understand my hair and what I wanted. We discussed about 20 ideas and Sal explained the pros and cons of each and also advised what would suit me best. The session started off with the most amazing and relaxing hair treatment. The massage and care made it feel more like ‘therapy’ than treatment. And then for the haircut itself, could make out Sal’s attention to detail. He spent a lot of time to get every angle just perfect. There’s a particular look I had always wanted and Sal managed to achieve that!!! A good haircut lasts for months and looks great even when your hair grows out. And this did just that!

My hair is really thick and heavy, making it really difficult for any haircut to last. Sal was able to create the best haircut I have ever had and the shape was so good my hair looked amazing without much work for months after. I have recently relocated from London to Birmingham, but travel down to get my haircut done by Sal! Highly recommended!!!

Sal is great! very happy with my haircut. Sal knows how to analyse your hair, your face and suggests the style accordingly. I have curly hair and other hairdressers treats it as straight hair which is not the case with Sal. Highly recommend to book an appointment with him as you won't be disappointed. Sal is an exceptional stylist. I am very cautious when it comes to my hair. I have been to several different people and have fired them all. However, I trust Sal with all of my hair services. This was my second visit and definitely will not be my last as he is everything I have ever wanted in a hair stylist. He created a wonderful style for my hair and talked me through every step. The hair treatments are amazing and smell divine. The atmosphere is wonderful and the salon is stunning. Ive had many many compliments about my hair and each time I tell them - Sal at Rock and dolls

A fantastic boutique salon. The staff really take the time to understand your current regime and what are wanting from your haircut. I got some fantastic tips and lots of compliments following my visit. It's been a long time since my hair has been so thick and bouncy so I'm very happy to have found this gem of a salon.
