I have a dental phobia, and these people really took care of me. The dental hygienist was super nice and made sure to explain everything before doing anything. I ended up needing to have a tooth pulled, and the entire process was quick and painless. I was really impressed with just how much better service was here than other places I have tried.

My experience was amazing the doctor was amazing staff is friendly but part of me believes it's all for shows. I get swamped with emails and calls about promotions. I was recommended to apply for a credit loan for funding of what I needed done under false pretenses. I was told the wrong information that it would stay on my credit score for 90 days if not used in that period then fall off, or I wouldn't have ever apply. Now I'm stuck with this care credit loan on my credit for years that haven't been used and my tooth has felt fine for 3 months. I called to let the financial person know and she just apologize and sounded shocked. I just feel suckered and it's sad because at the time I felt like I had amazing service. The marketing and sales department is a little overboard. Amazing dentist and office setting though. Just beware of those situations before you go

Save your money and go to an actual Ortho for a real analysis on what you actually need. They will give you invisalign when they know it won't help you if have a more serious case that requires metal braces. They will also promise you a whitening kit and when you request it they will say ITS NOT IN OUR NOTES !!! Get it all in writing before you walk out the door

I've been a patient of Dr. Kambasha's for 2 years. I think he and his staff are professional, kind and courteous. They do a thorough job with cleanings and x-rays, and even offer services that other practices haven't offered me, such as oral cancer screenings. They seem to have cutting-edge equipment as well, which shows me that Dr. Kambasha is invested in his practice.

It's unfortunate that half of these reviews are so negative. I've been going to Rockrun Family Dental for about four years now. The staff is always great and helpful and Dr. Kimbasha is always patient and answers my questions.
