I'm a regular visitor to Southampton's best toy store. My 2 children love it, I will always take them when visiting the city centre. The staff are always super friendly and efficient.
Bought something but changed my mind. Went back ten minutes after purchasing and was refused a refund and told they \just can't give one\. What kind of shop can't give a refund? Instead I was given vouchers that I don't need or want. Left the store but later realised they'd short-changed me so had to go back a third time and collect more useless vouchers. Don't waste your time or money getting scammed here.
Really good for costumes and toys, not much else
