Randy and Jeannette were great to work with. I asked them to do an inspection on an old farmhouse that I had under contract, and was very happy with the service and interactions. They gave a thorough inspection highlighting positives and negatives of the structures, with thoughts on remedies and fixes. In addition to doing a fantastic job, they were professional, polite, and left a great report with a lot of pictures that was easy to follow and use. I would recommend them without reservation.

Randy & Jeanette were amazing to work with. They were thorough, walked us through everything step by step, and were patient with our MANY questions.
