Stacy Jones and Stacy Como are absolutely amazing we just closed on our first home .I recommend them highly they are very strong and tough and will get things done because of them getting things done the underwriter didn't need much because they were on top of it!!

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with Midwest Community Bank, specifically with Frank Valentine and his team who have helped us with our lending process. The process went very smooth and they worked extremely hard to meet our closing time! If you're thinking of doing business with Midwest, go ahead and do it already!
I have had the worst experience with this bank than ever before. If there is an option I could give them Zero. I applied for mortgage with them and then started the process by gathering the documents. I answered all their questions for documents and submitted all paperwork. They came back to me and ask for the same documents that I already submitted and I had to repeat myself many times. Got the final approval and mortgage commitment letter and I signed all closing documents just a day before the closing date. Stacy Jones called me and told to find different lender because my wife lived overseas and she is not able to sign the power of attorney here in the United States.Even though based on Stacy Jones suggestion I had the power of attorney notarized through US virtual notary and I sent it to her two weeks before the closing date and she told she she will get back to me within two days to see if they accept the notarized documents or not. She didn’t tell me that until a day before closing after I signed all paperwork and closing documents. She said I need to find different lender because the bank didn’t accept the virtual notarized documents even though I did it based on her suggestion. DO not Waste your time here. She caused me and my wife of a lot of pain and depression.
Stacy Jones and her team were such a pleasure to work with for a mortgage loan. Very helpful and never seemed bothered by our questions. Highly recommend her for any of your loan needs.
Stacy and her team are the best hands down in the area. If you are writing a bad review about them you are likely not qualified for a mortgage!
