Don't go here! If you do I don't recommend seeing Collete Carter she's a nurse practitioner with zero experience in mental health. She comes from a medical background (Gerontology) that has nothing to do with mental health! She can't even diagnose without looking in a book or looking on her tablet. I've met basic therapists that would be better at prescribing medication and diagnosing than Collete! I'm a firm believer that she was hired because of the amount of people they see. The primary Doc needed to hire someone to help out. Well he made a huge mistake hiring her. Mental health isn't something you just hire some APN off the streets for. It takes years of experience and expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health properly!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE for psychiatric care. The Dr. Is nice, but the office manager is very rude and unprofessional! She makes a mental health patient feel ashamed when she calls. Also, I got charged for a therapy appointment with the therapist that I never scheduled because I see my own therapist. I work in behavioral health and we NEVER treat patients this way. I would not go back EVER. It was a waste of my time and money. I wouldn't bring my dog there.

Everyone seems very kind but Sara and Lauren are the main interaction I get there and they are absolutely amazing, also the desk staff is super nice too!
