The service is ok, most the time when I buy in Advance I'm trying to have the best parts. If I have to I pay for insurance. Well the last Time the tell me they can only have only 1 time to change parts. The question is what you mean is live warranty when they can replace only 1 time. So I guess I can say the not exist no warranty , and is not matter what you pay when they don't respect the POLICY.
