For the last week this McDonald's has gotten my order wrong, forgot half my order and tonight gave me 3 orders of chicken nuggets that weren't fully cooked.Then while waiting on replacement nuggets I was asked for my receipt by a rude cashier and then questioned by a manager that didn't seem to believe me until she saw pictures. I love McDonald's but if this is how customers are being treated I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

After waiting 30 mins was given the wrong order thru the drive thru window, the employee took the food back in the window folded the bag up nice and neat and got it ready for the person that actually ordered what I was originally given. Completely unsanitary!! After waiting that long for food you would expect it to be fresh right, yeah it wasn't. My order was cold and the fries were hard.
Pretty good service. Looking to see improvement. Especially the drive through.
My food is always right and I order special add-ons so usually it gets messed up at the stores that I am new to but these guys are on point but it is usually a long wait
