I 100% recommend this dealership and wish I had gone to them for all my previous vehicles. They had to deal with a challenging trade in and took the time to work out something that would work for me. Jacinthe in finance was awesome and pleasant. She worked for over two weeks to get me into a brand new 2018 Caravan. Bob Tippins was a breathe of fresh air. Very pleasant, personable and attentive. He was there from beginning to end and made it the best purchasing experience I've ever had. He answered my questions, let me know all I needed to know and made sure I wasn't just "another sale". He spent whatever time was needed for me to be comfortable with my new set of wheels. He met with me again tonight to have service check something that was concerning and Luke and Chris in service were fantastic! They listed to my concerns and explained thoroughly what was happening and offered a solution. You don't get that anymore and alot of places treat you like a "number"! Not Belanger Chrysler!! They treat you like you're the only customer that matters in that very moment. Might I add, the day I went to the dealership, the owner came out to shake my hand! Was a lovely experience from beginning to end!

Excellent service department. I haven't had any experience with the sales team to date but my occasional interaction with them would lead me to believe that they are a great bunch of people. Sometimes it's nice to deal with a smaller dealership as the service is more personal.
We only see them for recalls. When it comes to warranty issues there is no support. Doing business with them also means being on the short list for sales calls and text and emails and and and - Quite annoying. For recalls and paid service they do the job at a premium price so they don't stand out in any positive way as far as providing additional or unexpected service.
We got our new Ram 1500 Outdoorsman about a month ago. And we were tottally satisfied with the service. We would like to thank Bob, he was a great sale representative. He went above and beyond. Carole also did an excellent job too. And a special thank to The Belanger , they have a great team. Thanks again!! . BTW we love the Truck!
relaxed and friendly atmosphere when we purchased the vehicle. We have been very disappointed with Belanger’s unwillingness to address required service after purchasing. We purchased a used vehicle and we were assured that a thorough review of all mechanical systems was done. The vehicle never started well and we attributed that to the push button start as this was the first we had owned. It turns out that the battery wasn’t good and of course it died completely this winter. Our expectations have not been met as we paid top dollar for this vehicle and to have to replace the battery so soon after purchase. When contacting Belanger's we were tossed around from the salesman to the service manager and told we would receive a call from the owner which we never did. Only to be told there was nothing they could do.
