We took a chance and tried someplace new for our annual anniversary getaway, and we’re thrilled we did. A clean and cozy room and a delicious breakfast (included). The gas fireplace was a bonus. We ate nearby two nights in a row with plenty of lovely places to pick from—a very relaxed atmosphere. Oh, and we loved the staff. Mary, Tammy, and John were fantastic. The perfect hosts.

Beautiful, spacious room. Gorgeous house. Big tub. Nice people! Even off-season, not cheap. Weirdly, no choice of eggs in the morning. They had blintzes and yogurt parfait, which I can't have because, sadly, I'm lactose intolerant. The Innkeeper very kindly did have the kitchen whip up some scrambled eggs for me, but didn't have good available bread. Oh, well. Pie is available 24/7!

Berry Manor Inn is quaint. The Innkeepers were friendly and inviting. The room we stayed in was a bit dark, but a cozy place to relax after a long day. Breakfast was amazing and pie was a delicious treat in the evening. The inn is walkable distant to downtown area as well.

Unbelievable! Absolutely gorgeous!! So happy I picked this for my wife and I for our weekend getaway. If you want spectacular then this is the place. The decor is top notch and the property is very well maintained and clean. Tammy and her son and husband cooked us a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend!!!!

What can I say about the Berry Manor Inn that hasn't already been said! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was beyond incredible! Our room was so beautiful and so clean! The bathroom was amazing with us using the whirlpool tub almost every night! Plus the shower was crazy with all the jets! We also loved the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, Laura, Lori & Liz were all great and Mike was the best entertainer and conversationalist at breakfast! Speaking of breakfast, it was always amazingly yummy! Cheryl is an awesome cook!! If you're going for a special event I would highly recommend the various packages, the champagne and chocolate covered strawberries were extra special! Also, do the picnic! It was full of goodies and we were eating all the delicious snacks for days afterwards! Thank you to everyone at the Berry Manor Inn for the amazing stay!

I cannot say enough great things about the Berry Manor Inn! The Inn itself is gorgeous and the rooms are very large. The location is great with only a short walk to downtown Rockland! The breakfast was delicious and my husband loved the homemade pie available each evening. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Wonderful Innkeepers who are attentive but give you all the space you desire. Beautiful bathrooms. I suggest booking yourself a jacuzzi tub room with a 6-showerhead shower. The pies are to die for.
